Test runs group a number of
test cases together and you can then record your test results against those test cases.Test runs can be added from the
project or
sub-project view pages.A test run can be in one of a number of states:
| State | Description |
|---|
| New | The default state for a newly added test run |
| Started | Testing has been started on the test run and the clock is ticking |
| Paused | The test run (and the clock) has been paused |
| Pass | The test run is completed and all of the test cases in the test run has passed (or conditionally passed) |
| Fail | The test run is completed and some of the test cases had failures |
| Cancelled | The test case was cancelled |
Psoda automatically keeps track of the time that you spend on testing and the results are displayed on the
view test run page.You can
attach any type of document to your test run for example screen shots or output files from the testing. It is best though to attach these to the
test case result or even
test step result if they relate more specifically to those.You can also add short
comments on the test run.
