Users

Users represent individuals who can log into Psoda for a particular organisation.What an individual user has access to and can or cannot do is determined by which licences have been allocated to the user and which groups the user is a member of.A user’s account can be in one of three states:

State	Description
New	When somebody registered for a new Psoda account their user is initially in the New state until they have activated their account.
Active	This is the normal state for a user account. In this state the individual is allowed to log into the Psoda system using their username and password. Users are automatically activated on their Start date
Suspended	In this state the individual with this user account will not be allowed to log into Psoda. Users are automatically suspended on their End date. Trial accounts that have expired will also be placed into this state.
