This form allows you to select the licences that a particular
user can access. For each module of Psoda you select whether the user has
No access,
Read access or
Write access.The table below explain the functionality covered for each module:

Test Management | This module is focused on test management and is most applicable to test managers, test analysts and testers. It allows the user to:
- Manage programmes, projects and sub-projects

Product Management | This module is focused on product management and is most applicable to product managers. It allows the user to:
- Manage programmes and products
- Manage releases (roadmap)
- Manage features
- Manage release notes
- Manage issues
- Manage change requests
- Manage defects

Timesheet only | This license is a restricted account for users who will only be entering their timesheets:
- Add, edit or delete their own timesheets
- Add and complete their own actions

Account Management | This module is focused specifically on managing user accounts on Psoda. It allows the user to:
- Add, edit or delete users
- Set the licences a user has access to
- Add users to access control groups

System Administration | This module full access to the Psoda functionality, including system administration functions. It allows the user to:
- All of the other modules
- Define report templates
- Define workflows
- Create custom fields
- Define access control groups
