| Display a static image? | Select this check box if you would like to view the map as a static image which can be downloaded. |

| Display programmes? | Select this check box if you would like to include programmes on the map. |
| Show progress percentage? | Select this check box if you would like the progress to be shown on the projects. |
| Show full names? | Select this check box if you would like the project and programme names to be visible in full. |
| Show parent to child relationships? | Select this check box if you would like to see parent to child relationships (represented as blue links when enabled). |
| Programme colour | Use this option to select where the programme colours come from. |
| Project colour | Use this option to select where the project colours come from. |
| Link colour | Use this option to select where the link colours come from. |
| Display archived items? | Select this check box if you want archived items to be included on the map. |
| Hide items with no dependencies? | Select this check box if you don’t want items with no dependencies to be included on the map. |
| Include items with no workflow? | Select this check box if you want items with no workflow included on the map. |
| Workflow states to display | Select workflow states from the different lifecycles. Only projects and programmes in the selected states will be included on the map. |
