This popup form can be accessed via the project view page options menu in the top header area, as shown in Figure 1.
Once you are happy with your entries click the “Copy project” button at the bottom of the form. This will copy the project, renaming it if required, and all of its content to the selected programme or organisation.
Click the “Cancel” button if you no longer wish to copy the project.

This form can be used to copy a project and all of its contents to another programme or organisation, or into the same current area but with a different name. You can use the Copy Project function is one of two ways:- Copy a template project to a new location
- Create a baseline of the project

Use the tree navigation layout to select the parent programme or organisation that needs a copy of this project. You can show or hide levels or sub-levels by clicking on the expand or collapse icons. Select the name of your desired parent programme or organisation. Note: names with a cannot be selected. Below this tree navigation section you will be presented with the following fields:Name*: | This is a mandatory field that must contain the project’s original name, or can be edited so that the copied project name differs from the original. The name must be unique within the destination programme or organisation. |
