Support

To access this page,, click on the Support link in the user menu at the bottom left-hand side of the page, as shown in Figure 1. This page provides access to various support functions, depending on your level of Key iconaccess.

Here you can access the Psoda release notes, enhancement (or change) requests and problems reports (issues). These requests will be forwarded automatically to Psoda’s support group. Problem reports will be actioned as soon as possible. Enhancements requests will be prioritised with the management team and included in future Psoda releases if agreed. If you’d like to contact the support team directly you can send them an email to support@psoda.com. Otherwise you can call on (04) 562 7904. Depending on your access rights the online support services page may also display the following:
  • Remap workflow states
  • Remap timesheet task rates
  • Import CSV timesheet data
  • Import CSV leave data
  • Recalculate all tasks
You can track any change requests or issues that you have logged from you own User View Page.
