The project calendar shows all of the project 
actions, 
tasks, 
milestones, 
meetings and 
leave applications in a calendar format and is accessible via the calendar tab at the selected project’s view page.
An individual’s calendar shows only the actions, tasks and milestones that are allocated to them and is accessible via the calendar tab at the selected user’s view page.
