Actions can be added to an
organisation,
programme,
project,
sub-project,
risk,
issue,
defect,
change request,
user,
lesson,
benefit,
contract,
task or
milestone to keep track of planned and completed actions on those
assets.
Actions have a due date which is used to determine when an action becomes overdue.
Actions can be allocated to individual owners. All of the actions allocated to a particular user are visible from that user’s
view page.
A
workflow can also be selected for each action. When you
add the action you can select the
Standard Action Workflow, or you can
add a new workflow for actions specific to your organisation.
