Actions can be added to an organisation, programme, project, sub-project, risk, issue, defect, change request, user, lesson, benefit, contract, task or milestone to keep track of planned and completed actions on those assets.Actions have a due date which is used to determine when an action becomes overdue.Actions can be allocated to individual owners. All of the actions allocated to a particular user are visible from that user’s view page.A workflow can also be selected for each action. When you add the action you can select the Standard Action Workflow, or you can add a new workflow for actions specific to your organisation.
