This popup form is used to set the visible time period for 
GANTT and workload charts.In the Visible period drop-down list select the period that you would like to visualise. If you select From/To then two additional fields will become visible to set the start and end dates for the period that you want to see.Once you are happy with your changes click on the “Save” button.Click the “Cancel” button if you do not want to change your view.
