To navigate into the attachment’s view page, select the link beneath the short name column of the Attachments tab at the parent asset’s view page. This page is shown in Figure 1 and shows all the information relating to the selected attachment.

The top header area allows you to edit or delete the attachment. You may also have permissions to lock or unlock this attachment.Some details of the attachment are displayed in subsections just below the top header area, such as the attachment’s location within Psoda, and it’s download or link, version and who this attachment has been allocated to. The rest of the page is made up of a number of tabs or sections (depending on your selected view):DetailsFigure 2 – Attachment details tab
This tab shows the description of this attachment, and any change notes.Download LogThis tab shows which users have accessed or downloaded this attachment, as shown in Figure 3. By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the download such as the time that this attachment was downloaded, which version was download and who accessed it.Figure 3 – Attachment download log tab
Note that you can customise your table view by clicking the edit button at the bottom of the download table. Here, you can also export this list to Excel or CSV files.File history This tab shows the attachment file’s history, as shown in Figure 4. By default this table will present you with a number of details about the file’s history such as the time it was changed, any change notes, which version as well as presenting you with any actions that can be taken on this new file.Figure 4 – Attachment file history tab
Note that you can customise your table view by clicking the edit button at the bottom of the download table. Here, you can also export this list to Excel or CSV files.
HistoryThis tab shows shows some basic history of the attachment, as shown in Figure 5. By default, this tab will present you with a number of details about the attachment’s history such as the creation date, creation user, last update date and last update user. If the attachment has been changed then this section will also show a table of all the changes that has been made, including the date of each change, the field changed, the value before the change and the user who made the change.Figure 5 – Attachment history tab
