Indicators are used to qualify portfolios, programmes and projects and to score them in a portfolio for prioritisation. You can define a number of indicators for your organisation. Each indicator can have a number of possible values. for example an indicator might be the project size with possible values being small, medium, large and very large. For each indicator you can set whether it applies to portfolio and/or programmes and/or projects. You can group your indicators into sections. These sections are used when creating or editing portfolios, programmes and projects. You can also get sub-total scores for each section on your portfolio and programme dashboards. You can select one value for each programme or project to profile them. These values will then be used in the portfolios for scoring and prioritising the programmes and projects within the portfolio.Indicators can be added from the organisation view page or for a particular Portfolio. If you add a indicator to a portfolio it will only apply to the members of that portfolio.
