This popup form can be accessed at via the add menu in the top header area of the portfolio view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can add from the Indicators tab, shown in Figure 2. Finally, you can add an indicator directly under an organisation, by selecting the option from the top header area of the organisation view page, as shown in Figure 3.

This popup is shown in Figure 4 and is used to add a new indicator for the selected asset. This form has the following fields:Note: the presence of any fields listed in brackets depends on the field listed above it.Parent Asset: | This read-only field shows which asset you are adding the indicator to. These have been circled in Figure 4 above, to show that this field will differ depending on where you wish to add the indicator. |

Name*: | Use this field to enter a unique name for this indicator. |
Read only: | Select this check box if you want this indicator to be read-only. |
Section: | Use this drop-down list to select the section for this new indicator. |
(New section): | This field can be used to add a new section, it will only be available if you have selected the “Add a new section” option of the drop-list provided in the Section field above. |
Description: | Use this field to enter a description of your indicator. |
Portfolios: | Select this check box if this indicator applies to portfolios. |
Programmes: | Select this check box if this indicator applies to programmes. |
Projects: | Select this check box if this indicator applies to projects. |
Add more indicators: | Set this check box if you’d like to keep the form open and add more indicators. |

Click the “Cancel” button if you no longer want to add a new indicator.
