Change requests are used to capture requests for changes to your product, release, issue, project or programme.
To add a new change request for an issue, product, release, project or programme, navigate to the respective view page and select the Add change request in the add menu in the top header area button.
Change requests can be allocated to individual owners. All of the change requests allocated to a particular user is visible from that user’s view page.
You can add actions to a change request to keep track of the planned and completed actions against that change request. You can also add attachments and comments to a change request.
